Elastomeric 44 is a 100% acrylic-based, elastomeric coating that provides enhanced elasticity, improved weather resistance, and can help to prevent the reoccurrence of hairline cracking. When properly applied, Elastomeric 44 will enhance the appearance of any approved substrate.
Basic Uses
Elastomeric 44 is designed for professional results as an interior/exterior coating over a variety of substrates in residential or industrial structures.
1. One coat stucco 2. Brown coat (if approved by local building codes) 3. Stucco 4. Acrylic finishes 5. CMU/poured-in-place and/or tilt-up concrete/masonry 6. Approved Omega base coats and/or finishes 7. Approved wood 8. Properly prepared gypsum sheathing (interior)
